Mega

- Who are we ?

Our Journey

Mega Confectionery began with a humble presence in 1998 as a manufacturer of food products, operating in a small factory with minimal setup and workforce of fewer than 10 persons. The few products we made included various fruit jams, peanut butter, and honey roasted peanut.

Three years later, followed by an increase of orders, the product range was broadened. We added items such as

chocolate spread, kaya (a local popular spread made of coconut milk), and a wider varieties of fruit jams.

Along the way, we realized that product research and development is the key factor for continuous and further improvement. It became our main focal point. Subsequently, we were able to maintain a steady growth by exploring new product lines, maximizing the production capacity, and being well-equipped to cope with increasing demands from both local and overseas markets.

In 2009, we made a major move by shifting the factory to a larger site of 16,000 square meters. The space greatly strengthened our production capacity and efficiency. This gave us more time and energy to keep up with the latest food production technology in order to respond effectively to the needs of a fast-changing market.
